The site is located on Royal Parade Road in Plymouth. It is bounded by Bedford Way on the west, New George Street on the north and open car parking to the east. (Previously the Debenhams) The proposed development involves the cutting off building blocks (for openings) from the existing building and construction of a mixed-use 5 storey building comprising a commercial area at ground level and residential apartments. The cut off areas, on the first floor, are proposed with courtyards open to the sky and to the east side. Roof top facility with roof top gardens and solar panels.

former St.Michael Church, Woolwich

The site is on Jews Lane in Dudly in the North West of England. The site covers an area of approximately 0.74 ha; housing 08 detached and semi-detached houses and 51 flats. The project underwent a phased completion, with the first phase finalizing in 2019, comprising 45 flats, and the second phase concluding in 2023. The development boasts three apartment blocks named Client View House, Clee View House, alongside individual house units. A significant portion of the land is adorned with beautifully landscaped gardens, adding to the overall charm of the site.

Station Carpark, Queensbury

The site is located on Queensbury Station Carpark site in the north west of London. The location itself addresses its connectivity, very close to Queensbury Station. The development involves the construction of thirty flats in two phases. As of all Buildvantages projects, this project is also desingned build with sustainable features.

Former Nurses Residence, Margate

The site is located close to the shores of Westbrook bay, Margate. Formery the building was the resident to nurses of Royal Sea Bathing Hospital. Former Nurses’ Residence was carefully converted into a beautiful, large-scale residence after it had been vacant for a long time. Through the use of traditional materials, the existing architectural features are beautifully preserved and complemented. There is a massive and significant structure on the major route into Margate. In addition to modernizing and cleaning the building, the refurbishment provided much-needed fashionable housing while preserving its character.

Secret Bunker, Mistley

Mistley, England’s old nuclear bunker, was created in 1951 to defend citizens from a third world war. It was converted into a museum when the Cold War ended, but once the museum closed in 2002, it became dilapidated and underused. Buildvantage refurbished and converted the property into two stories of magnificent modern homes. Each residence boasts massive blast doors constructed of military-grade tank steel and 600-mm-thick reinforced concrete walls, and one of the three properties still maintains the original ventilation system contained behind a glass wall. Each apartment also has its own off-street parking space and garden.

A car repair/servicing garage was demolished to in order to construct this new building. The new building comprised of two parts: a part 2 storey and a part 4 storey section. The purpose of the construction was to provide residential accommodation, resulting in the creation of 12 residential units within the building.

In addition to the residential units, the building includes facilities for ancillary servicing accommodation. To accommodate the residents, the building provides a total of 7 car parking spaces. Among these spaces, 2 are specifically designated for wheelchair accessibility, ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges have convenient parking options.
