Wanti Terrace
The Wanti Terrace development in The Yellow Pine Way IG7 4BA is a block of 24 flats in residential area located in the London Borough of Redbridge, UK. Secret Bunker
Mistley, England’s old nuclear bunker, was created in 1951 to defend citizens from a third world war. It was converted into a museum when the Cold War ended, but once the museum closed in 2002, it became dilapidated and underused. Buildvantage refurbished and converted the property into two stories of magnificent modern homes. Each residence boasts massive blast doors constructed of military-grade tank steel and 600-mm-thick reinforced concrete walls, and one of the three properties still maintains the original ventilation system contained behind a glass wall. Each apartment also has its own off-street parking space and garden.
Vantage House
Vantage House is an affordable housing development located in the heart of Wimbledon, London. The building comprises of 30 modern flats, each designed to offer comfort and convenience to its occupants. The location of Vantage House is one of its main advantages as it is situated in a prime area of the city, providing easy access to a range of amenities such as shops, restaurants, and public transport links.
Margate Project
The site is located close to the shores of Westbrook bay, Margate. Formery the building was the resident to nurses of Royal Sea Bathing Hospital. Former Nurses’ Residence was carefully converted into a beautiful, large-scale residence after it had been vacant for a long time. Through the use of traditional materials, the existing architectural features are beautifully preserved and complemented. There is a massive and significant structure on the major route into Margate. In addition to modernizing and cleaning the building, the refurbishment provided much-needed fashionable housing while preserving its character.
Dudley Project
The site is on Jews Lane in Dudly in the North West of England. The site covers an area of approximately 0.74 ha; housing 08 detached and semi-detached houses and 51 flats. The project finished its first phase in 2019 and the second phase in 2023. The development consists of 3 apartment units (Client View House, Clee View House). Landscaped gardens cover a large area of land.
Queensbury Project
The site is located on Queensbury Station Carpark site in the north west of London. The location itself addresses its connectivity, very close to Queensbury Station. The development involves the construction of thirty flats in two phases. As of all Buildvantages projects, this project is also desingned build with sustainable features.
Blenheim Drive Project
The site is located on Blenheim Drive, Welling. The development involves the construction of three multistoried houses on its first phase and the rest on its second phase. Each house will have independent gardens, provision to adapt handicapped people, and more sustainable features including rainwater harvesting and roofscapings.
